Recipe: Cold Brew Gin + Tonic

Looking to turbocharge your gin + tonics? Let us recommend our cold brew gin + tonic recipe. Refreshing and delicious with a caffeine kick to keep you going through the night, it's a great twist on the traditional drink!

Invented by bartender Steve Georgiou with Sandows at Bourne + Hollingsworth Buildings in Clerkenwell, London 2014. 

What you'll need: 

25ml Good quality gin (we recommend Sipsmith)

Good quality tonic water (we recommend Fever-Tree Indian Tonic)

Sandows Cold Brew Coffee

Ice

Orange (optional) 

The recipe:

Fill your glass with ice.

Add 25ml of good quality gin (try Seedlip if you want to make it non-alcoholic!).

Add tonic water leaving around a fingers width of space from the rim for your cold brew. 

Top up with Sandows cold brew, add a twist of orange peel and serve!
